Dr. Dawn Cute specializes in Diversified Technique.  She also is trained in Activator Technique, which is a gentle adjusting technique that Dr. Cute uses for patients that are in acute pain, arthritic, the elderly, children and patients who do not like to have a "rough, cracking" adjustment.  Dr. Cute is trained in Cox Flexion Distraction Technique, which is used in the treatment of buldging and/or herniated disc in the spinal column.  Dr. Cute is trained in physiotherapies including Russian Muscle Stimulation, Interferential, Cryotherapy, Heat therapy,Trigger point therapy, ultrasound and Exercise therapy.

Patients receive individualized treatment plans that include chiropractic adjustments, exercise therapy and nutritional counseling.

Optimum Health Chiropractic has a massage therapist on staff, Kate DeMedio.  Kate specializes in Reiki, Reflexology, Shiatsu , Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger Point massage, stretching and cranial-sacral fundamentals.  Kate has also created her own technique for clearing and draining sinuses and reducing headaches. Kate has also attended many seminars on holistic, natural health and aromatherapy. She has done volunteer work for Muscular Dystrophy and many cancer organizations. Kate is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
